ProSoft MVI56E-MCM is an enhanced Modbus communication module designed for Rockwell Automation ControlLogix platforms. It enables seamless master or slave connectivity between ControlLogix processors and Modbus RTU or ASCII devices via two independent, configurable serial ports. Featuring user-definable data mapping of up to 10,000 registers, advanced diagnostics, and backward compatibility with legacy modules, it offloads communication tasks from the main processor to ensure stable, high-performance data exchange in complex industrial automation systems.
