Parameters of performance

Working voltage: support 120VAC (AC voltage) or 24VDC (DC voltage), can adapt to different power environments, to meet the power supply needs of diversified industrial scenarios. For example, in some large factory workshops with AC power supply, 120VAC power supply can be directly connected; In some precision control equipment with higher requirements for DC stability, 24VDC power supply mode can play its advantages.

Frequency response: 400Hz, which means that the printed circuit board can quickly respond to high-frequency signal changes, for some application scenarios that need to process high-speed data or high-frequency pulses, such as high-speed data acquisition systems, high-frequency communication equipment, etc., can accurately and timely process signals to ensure real-time and accurate system operation.

Load capacity: up to 5A per channel, the powerful load capacity enables it to drive all kinds of load equipment stably. In the industrial automation production line, it can easily drive the motor, solenoid valve and other execution components to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, and can maintain a stable load output when the multi-channel work at the same time.

Input/OUTPUT channels: 4 input channels and 4 output channels can be flexibly connected to a variety of sensors and actuators. The input channel receives signals from external devices such as temperature sensors and pressure sensors, and after the internal operation and processing of the circuit board, the control signals are transmitted to the execution components such as relays and indicator lights through the output channel to achieve accurate control of the equipment.

Communication interface: Modbus RTU communication protocol interface is adopted. This protocol has wide versatility and compatibility, which is convenient for data interaction and communication networking with other devices that follow the Modbus RTU standard. Whether it is in small industrial control system or large distributed automation network, it can easily work with other equipment to realize the integration and intelligent management of the system.

Protection level: IP20 protection level, can effectively protect the invasion of solid foreign bodies greater than 12mm, play a certain dustproof protection effect on the circuit board, to ensure that in the general industrial environment, dust and other foreign bodies will not cause damage to the circuit board internal precision circuit, prolong its service life.

Working temperature: can work stably in the temperature range of -20 °C to + 55°C, adapt to a variety of harsh working environment temperature. Whether it is in the cold northern industrial plant, or the hot southern factory workshop, or even some equipment with large outdoor environmental temperature changes, it can ensure normal operation and maintain the stability of system performance.
