The A6500-TP Temperature Process Card is a multifunctional input/output module within the AMS 6500 ATG Machine Protection System. It features four configurable analog input channels supporting temperature measurement via RTDs or thermocouples, as well as standard process signals (0-1 V, 0-10 V, or 0/4-20 mA). The card also includes two digital inputs, six digital alarm outputs, and four isolated 0/4-20 mA analog outputs. It communicates internally via RS485 to the system’s Com Card, which converts data to Modbus RTU/TCP/IP and provides USB configuration access. Designed for installation in the A6500-SR System Rack, it enables comprehensive monitoring, alarming, and signal conditioning for industrial protection applications.
