The PW302 is a rack-mounted switching power supply module designed specifically for Yokogawa DCS systems. It features a wide AC input range of 90–264 V, compatible with 110 V and 220 V power grids.
It has a rated DC output of 24 VDC, a continuous output power of 300 W, and a full-load current of 10 A. The power conversion efficiency reaches up to 88%, ripple and noise are less than 2 mV peak-to-peak, voltage stability is ±0.01%, and the transient response time is less than 50 μs. The unit has an IP20 protection rating and an operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C. It features quadruple hardware protection against overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuits, and overloads; in the event of a fault, the output is automatically cut off and an indicator light alerts the user. Dimensions: 145 × 112 × 32 mm; net weight: 0.5 kg; standard rack-mountable, hot-swappable design; power supplied directly to the controller and I/O cards via the backplane bus; certified to CE, UL, and RoHS industrial standards; electromagnetic interference (EMI) resistance suitable for process control environments in the power, chemical, and metallurgical industries; supports redundant parallel power supply to reduce the risk of system downtime.
