This model belongs to the GE Multilin MIFII series of intelligent motor protection devices and is a microprocessor-based protection and control unit specifically designed for low- and medium-voltage three-phase motors. The model code indicates a configuration featuring standard current input, a basic function board, Ethernet communication, and a high-voltage power supply. It supports 1A/5A software-selectable CTs for acquiring three-phase currents and zero-sequence ground fault currents, and can be connected to three-phase voltage circuits. The built-in I²t thermal model provides inverse-time overload protection, covering a full suite of protection logic including stalled rotor, start-up timeout, phase imbalance, phase loss, ground fault, overvoltage/undervoltage, and overfrequency/underfrequency. Equipped with multiple optocoupler digital inputs and programmable relay outputs, it supports RTD temperature measurement for extended monitoring of bearing and stator temperatures; comes standard with Modbus RTU and Ethernet Modbus TCP, and can record fault waveforms, startup logs, and event sequences. Operating temperature range: -40°C to 70°C. The front-panel LCD displays fault codes. The unit is UL and CE certified and is suitable for drawer installation in MCC control cabinets in power plants, petrochemical facilities, and mines. It meets industrial EMC standards for electromagnetic interference resistance and supports customizable FlexLogic logic for interlock control.
