The ABB Advant Master S100 DCS system is a 14-channel thermocouple acquisition card, compatible with all types of thermocouples including J, K, T, E, R, S, B, and N. It supports both grounded and floating sensor signal acquisition, and the temperature measurement range covers -200°C to +1600°C. It has an internal cold junction compensation CJC circuit, with typical measurement accuracy at room temperature of ±1.5°C, resolution of 0.1°C, 12/13-bit signed analog-to-digital conversion, a common-mode suppression ratio of over 100dB at 50Hz, 500V electrical isolation between the single channel and the system bus, and excellent anti-interference capability. The module backplane is powered by 24VDC, with a total system power consumption of approximately 2.5W. The refresh cycle for all channels is less than 200ms, and it is equipped with self-diagnosis functions for break, over-range, and channel faults. The physical size is 255×15×363mm, with a net weight of 0.5kg. The operating temperature range is -25°C to +70°C, the protection level is IP20, and it is suitable for temperature monitoring scenarios in harsh industrial environments such as power, metallurgy, and chemical industries.
