The Vickers EEA-PAM-533-A-30 is an original Eaton Vickers proportional valve amplifier control card. Featuring a standard plug-in design, it is compatible with mainstream electro-hydraulic proportional servo valves and provides precise current drive and signal regulation for hydraulic systems. The board integrates 24V and 15V power indicator lights, fault and overload warning lights, and multiple A/B pressure signal input terminals. It is equipped with potentiometers for slope, flow, and pressure adjustment, allowing for independent configuration of boost and drop response curves to flexibly match the equipment’s operating rhythm.
The board features dual proportional control loops, supporting dual-closed-loop regulation of flow and pressure, and includes built-in peak current limit protection to effectively prevent valve coil overload and burnout. The high-density, stable circuit board on the reverse side offers strong interference resistance, making it suitable for industrial hydraulic equipment such as injection molding, metallurgy, and forging presses. The modular plug-and-play design facilitates quick installation, removal, and maintenance.
