The ACC-24E2A is a 3U rack-mountable analog servo card designed for the UMAC Turbo control system (model 3-33398A-00-1000-B100). It comes standard with 2 analog servo channels and can be upgraded to 4 channels using an expansion submodule. Each axis features dual ±10V high-precision DAC outputs for servo speed and torque command signals, compatible with mainstream analog servo drives. It supports differential and single-ended encoder feedback acquisition, with each axis integrating 8 digital inputs and 2 digital outputs for connecting limit switches, home position sensors, and alarm signals. On-board jumpers and DIP switches allow for flexible configuration of modes such as encoder detection and clock source. Powered by a ±15V DC supply via the backplane, it operates at temperatures ranging from 0°C to 60°C. It uses eco-friendly pluggable terminal blocks for signal distribution, and signal isolation circuits reduce interference. Suitable for multi-axis motion applications in machine tools and automated production lines, it features fast loop sampling rates and supports PID and feedforward servo algorithms, ensuring stable and reliable motion control accuracy.
